Testing
LASA High School Code (CEEB number): 440069
Reminders
- You are responsible for knowing which standardized tests your college requires. Some require subject tests for admission, while others only recommend them or use them for placement. Identify individual college and program requirements as early as possible.
- Scores from SAT I/II tests are available by Web nineteen days after the test date and are mailed to students and colleges within five weeks.
- Colleges require official test scores from the testing organizations. Students must contact College Board or ACT to send their test scores directly to each college to which they are applying.
- You can take either the SAT I or up to three SAT II subject tests on any test date, but you cannot take both on the same date.
- Note the dates of subject tests carefully: certain subjects are only offered on one or two test dates.
- Regular registration deadlines are listed below. If you miss these deadlines, there is also late registration available at additional cost. After late registration deadlines, there is still a chance to take the test as a standby on a first-come, first-served basis; however, there is no guarantee that you’ll be admitted to the test. Save yourself the extra cost and stress by avoiding this option if at all possible.
- If you are eligible for an ACT/SAT fee waiver based on free/reduced lunch program participation, please see Ms. Kocian for a waiver form. The waiver code can only be used during the regular registration period.
